YOGA – Andrea Everingham
Andrea Everingham is taking two classes a day during this year’s festival,
On Saturday morning at 10am will be
Jivamukti
A very challenging, yet spiritual practice. A typical class presents classical yoga teachings as relevant to one’s life on and off the mat, spiritual teachings, supported by chanting, breath awareness, flowing vinyasa sequences, alignment exploration, hands-on assistance, relaxation and meditation.
On Sunday at 10am
Spiritual Warrior
A fixed set sequence instructed in a vinyasa style. It is a fully balanced class which includes asana warm-up, chanting, setting of intention, surya namaskar, standing poses, backbends, forward bends, twists, inversions, meditation and relaxation.
Both classes will be an hour long and take place in the Udder one, followed immediately by the Gong Bath at 11am
and at midday Saturday and Sunday in Pastures Moo
Yin Restorative
A very slow and highly restorative practise where each posture is held for several minutes; designed to release stress and tension in the body and mind. If you have a blanket and pillow, then bring them and get ready to snuggle up. If you don’t have them it’s not a problem, the class is fully accessible with just yourself and your body. A very calming and relaxing practice, the perfect way to unwind and restore.
Advisory Warning: You will feel very chilled after this class!
Yoga mats are provided for all classes, however we only have a limited number, so if you have something suitable with you can then bring it.
